Omega Speedmaster Professional Apollo 15 40th Anniversary 311.30.42.30.01.003 from 2016
This watch is a tribute to the Apollo 15, a NASA mission in 1971. It was the fourth mission to land on the moon and the first time the Lunar Rover was deployed to cruise around the surface of the moon as scene is depicted on the caseback of the watch. The dial sports a blue seconds track around the perimeter and concentric rings of red, white, and blue for the sub dials. Based on overall super clean mint condition and almost perfect timegrapher data, we suspect this one was either an unworn collection piece or was recently sent to Omega service and was given a proper polish (probably the second).
Videos and lume:
full set box and 2016 cards and links; no extra straps
hesalite crystal
classic 42mm case X 20mm bracelet and total length of both measure 7.7in but we recommend a wrist 7.5in and under for fit—extra links can potentially be negotiated
1861 manual wind movement (the 861 and 1861 are objectively he strongest and most proven Speedy workhorses).
video is the best way to view the watch if in-person test drive is not available. Due to the different characteristics of the cameras and gadgets used, the color of the watch you purchase may not be the same as shown on this website or on our Instagram.
will consider trades that make sense but please consider time, shipping, and trade value—not market.
local special: can possibly accommodate at ButterScotch in Downtown Long Beach by appointment or another local establishment. All sales are final unless the watch is misrepresented or lost in transit (always fully insured). Lbwc does not offer warranty but some watches come with factory card with transferable warranty. Purchases may take 1-2 business days to process and ship.
