Bulova "Whale" Sea King circa 1970

The seafarer era of vintage watches circa 1950-1970s are still stunners today. When they were initially imagined, they were intended for anything and everything: daily wear, weddings and sailing.

The gold plated case is very clean for a 1970 (we date this based on the N0 code on the back—N being 1970s) measuring 34mm in diameter with a 42h X 17 lug width (strap) X 9.7cc with acrylic domed crystal which has light marks throughout but did not seem necessary to replace as it looks vintage. The watch has a larger ambiance with engine turned bezel and the wrist in the videos is 6.9in.

The manual wind movement was privately serviced and running about as well as it can—unsure of exact power reserve.
