This is a vintage Citizen Crystron quartz diver's watch, likely from the early 1980s with paddle hands and Kanji datewheel likely noting a Japanese domestic market— often referred to as an ancestor to the Promaster line. Currently fitted with a green csnvas and velcro NATO-style strap.
Overall a fun GADA: go anywhere do anything tool watch with wabi-sabi navy fade. While no service history, the quartz movement is keeping time and the date sets properly. Note bezel doe not line up perfectly and flea bites on crystal
