The Speedmaster is so iconic, the model is like a brand itself. The time tool actually started as an Italian racing watch before it was commissioned by NASA and evolve into a Moonwatch. Today there are wild variations like the Snoopy and solid gold Moonshine.
The design language of the iconic Speedmaster has never changed from launch because it is simply too good. A 39mm case on this automatic Speedmaster is known as the “reduced” as it is trimmed down from the 42mm Speedy Pro and arguably better proportions and utility for daily wear. Lastly, like all Speedies, they look tough on any strap.
This one has an unknown service history but cranking out a smooth and healthy timegrapher data and proper chronograph start, stop and reset. The overall condition of the case has wear with notable fleabites on bezel but noting severe. The was light hand polish on clasp.
