Rolex Explorer I ref. 14270 A-Serial circa 1999
Email or IG message to make a negotiable Zelle, Venmo or wire offer
Rolex Explorer I ref. 14270 circa 2000
Since the conception of the original Explorer 1016 from the 1960s, the proportions for this time tool have been meant for adventure. The 14270 is an adventure tool watch that serves as a versatile daily and can easily dress up with leather or gear up on a NATO. The “Swiss Only” variation offers the most symmetrical look with luminova dial that was produced from 1997-1999 but the Swiss Made variant is the last of the 14270 reference and retires with a Superluminova dial.
Overall looks to have light signs polish but maintaining thick lugs and coronet on bracelet; had minimal signs of wear on case—light marks on bracelet light ding on crown side of case but no serious damage.
A private 2020 service history and pressure test still have this one is running smoothly and looking strong on timegrapher
