Rolex Explorer I ref. 214270 Mk1
The MK1 was produced from 2010-2016. It is instantly recognizable by its distinct dial configuration and specific case-to-hand proportions: shorter aka “T-rex” hands and white gold non-lume 3-6-9 markers. It is part of the evolution of the Explorer line before the lume 3-6-9 mk2. We think this variant looks tough and ready to roll. It also reminds us of the early 1990s black-out Explorer model.
Overall, excellent shape with no condition notes or signs of polish. While no service history, the watch movement is super clean and running per Rolex factory specifications on the timegrapher—your experience my slightly vary.
