Rolex GMT-Master II ref. 116710blnr Batman FullSet 2017
The GMT one of the most historic and iconic watches that Rolex ever produced as its heritage is forever linked to a commission request by Pan American World Airways in the midcentury their pilots who needed a time tool for time zones.
Coined the “Batman” for its Black and Blue color configuration, it is a modern classic along with the Batgirl variant which comes on jubilee. The 116710blnr was produced from 2013 to 2019. It is an Oyster steel offering with Cerachrom ceramic bezel. Rolex replaced this reference with the updated Ref. 126710BLNR in 2019. While visually identical, the newer version features the updated Caliber 3285 movement (with an extended 70-hour power reserve) and is available on either an Oyster or Jubilee bracelet.
This one is a one owner watch—worn sparingly and no service history or service needed. Still running super healthy on wrist and timegrapher running per factory specifications 300amplitude and 0/sec day (your experience my slightly vary). Overall clean and unpolished with just light desk diver wear on bracelet—we opted not to polish.
