Rolex Submariner ref. 14060M Y-serial 2-liner 2002
The 14060 Submariner was first produced in 1990 and ran until approximately 2010. When the design language is solid, it will stick around forever.
This diver epitomizes utility Rolex and is also a highly coveted variant from the last of the utility tool watch era. The “M” refers to the modern updates including super luminova “Swiss Made” dial and 3130 caliber movement all cased in 904L stainless steel drilled lugs case and framed in an aluminum bezel insert. This is the “2-liner” variant sans "Rolex" engraved repeatedly on the inner bezel ring (rehaut). Many enthusiasts believe this is peak as it combines minimalist design and arguably maximum technology.
Overall, there are minimal signs of wear, light signs polish. Light hairline scratches on case. The dial and insert are minty—no tiny spec on insert. Overall, the automatic movement is looking healthy and clean but no service history
