The 14060 Submariner “2-liner” was first produced in 1988 and ran until approximately 2010. When the design language is solid, it will stick around forever.
This diver epitomizes neo-vintage Rolex: E-serial is an early run with tritium dial that has also “bubbled up” a bit and can be seen in harsh light and angles, aluminum bezel insert, and 3000 caliber automatic movement which is running per specifications and like it did have a recent service (timegrapher data provided and ymmv).

hands and markers are different color but both tritium and lume is dead
