Tudor Oyster Air Tiger ref. 7957 circa 1962
Midcentury Tudor is not only classy and charming but also extremely sought after when Oyster cases are fitted with screw down Rolex crowns and casebacks. This Air Tiger with rose logo and waffle dial are not all exactly common. The eggshell hue paired with the alpha hands and balanced even number Arabics. We date the 374### serial number to circa 1962 but we cannot know for sure.
Overall, the gold capped case is in excellent condition and dons drilled lugs. While not service history, the manual wind movement is buttery and looks aces on the timegrapher—your experience may vary.
