Vetta Quartz, likely from the 1980s, that heavily draws design inspiration from the iconic Audemars Piguet Royal Oak. It features the characteristic octagonal bezel with exposed screws and a lights grey tapestry-style (tapisserie) dial made famous by Gerald Genta's 1972 design. This style was popular in the 1980s and 90s, when brands like Vetta and Bulova produced "homage" watches that offered the high-end luxury look of an Audemars Piguet at a much more accessible price point.
While the exact "Vettadey" name doesn't appear in major historical records, the brand Vetta is a well-established Italian-Swiss watchmaker with a history dating back to 1924. Overall, good condition for era and age—no service history but running and setting smoothly
